1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MightyRayn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. MightyCloudCollective ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

MightyRayn is a SaaS platform providing artificial intelligence-powered signal classification and data analysis services. The Service includes:

• AI model compression proxy with OpenAI-compatible interface
• Genomic sequence analysis and classification
• Financial pattern scanning and analysis
• Cryptographic analysis capabilities
• Server-side processing with CPU-only inference

All data processing is performed on our secure servers. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis subject to the terms and conditions herein.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you may not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our Service
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Transmit or store data that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the Service for high-frequency trading, market manipulation, or illegal financial activities
• Conduct activities designed to harm public health or safety

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, codebooks, compression methods, detection pipelines, design, graphics, text, and content, is the exclusive property of MightyCloudCollective and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to US Patent Application No. 64/031,489 and related filings. You retain ownership of any data you upload, but grant us a license to use such data for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.

5.1 Proprietary Algorithms and Trade Secrets

The compression algorithms, detection codebooks, vector quantization methods, diffusion retrieval systems, and all related computational methods used by the Service constitute trade secrets of MightyCloudCollective. You acknowledge that these methods are proprietary, confidential, and not disclosed to users. Any attempt to reverse engineer, reconstruct, or derive these methods from API inputs, outputs, or observable behavior is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 API Output Watermarking and Monitoring

All API responses generated by the Service contain invisible digital watermarks uniquely tied to your API key. These watermarks enable MightyCloudCollective to trace the origin of any output that appears outside authorized use. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this watermarking. Removal or alteration of watermarks is prohibited. If watermarked content attributable to your API key is found in unauthorized contexts, MightyCloudCollective reserves the right to immediately revoke your API key and pursue all available legal remedies.

5.3 No Competitive Use

You may not use the Service, its outputs, or any knowledge derived from its operation to develop, train, or improve any competing product, service, model, or algorithm. This includes but is not limited to: using API outputs as training data, analyzing response patterns to replicate compression or detection methods, or benchmarking the Service to calibrate a competing system. Violation of this provision entitles MightyCloudCollective to injunctive relief without bond, in addition to all other available remedies.

5.4 Scraping and Automated Access

Automated access to the Service beyond normal API usage, including scraping, systematic downloading, bulk querying for data extraction purposes, or any access designed to extract or replicate the Service capabilities, is prohibited. Rate limits are enforced technically and contractually. Circumvention of rate limits constitutes a material breach.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MIGHTYCLOUDCOLLECTIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results or analyses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of results obtained from the Service for their intended use.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIGHTYCLOUDCOLLECTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

MightyCloudCollective reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and MightyCloudCollective regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
